Foilboard Options:

2023 Liquid Force Launch Foilboard SE
Built with the first time foiler in mind! This all new 4’5” compression molded board features a large planning surface and a thinner cross section similar to a wakeboard. This gives way to easy board management and smooth deep water starts. The overall width of the board, flat tail rocker, chine rails, and wide shovel nose all help in the process of learning how the foil reacts while riding at a slower speed.
Essentially, it helps you get pass that 8 second ride… The foil track mounting system gives 4” of travel to adjust the foil depending on rider weight and skill level. Four insert positions allow for foot straps to aide in the ease of the learning process. As it says in its name, the Launch is the perfect board to get you out of the water and into the air.

Slingshot WF2 Foilboard
Designed to ease you into wakefoiling, the tried and true board shape gets you up on foil and attempting your first tricks in one weekend. Not a foiler? No problem! The WF2 doubles as a wakesurf board and the size is manageable for the whole crew. The soft top deck protects not only your body but also your boat from dings and scratches.
Size: 4’10”
Board includes:
- WF-2 Board
- Half Strap 2.0
- Track Mounting Hardware
Technical Features:
- FCS II FIn Boxes (Fins Sold Separately) Trusted by the world’s best surfers, fcs II fin boxes allow riders to add fins to the board in a matter of seconds to switch from Foiling to traditional wakesurfing in a matter of seconds (foil detached).
- Full EVA Deck Pad From rail to rail and tip to tail, the full EVA deck-pad gives riders endless stance opportunities and makes the board virtually ding proof. Smooth to the touch and GRIPPY WHEN WET, it’s not too soft and not too firm. Just the way we like it.
- Dual Cupped Rail Channels help to provide stability when riding the board on the water prior to liftoff, and when wakesurfing, adds additional traction when engaging your rail into the face of the wave.
- Foil Mount Track For Customizing Lift Intensity The foil mount track allows the rider to adjust the amount of lift they receive from the foil. Slide the foil all the way back for less lift or riding at higher speeds. Slide it all the way forward for the most lift / riding at slower speeds.
- Versatile Strap Configuration Multiple inserts in the WF2 allow riders to customize the location of their half or full foot straps for a more secure connection or for those looking to catch some air.
- Fast Rocker Line for Wakesurfing without the Foil The key to success when it comes to wakesurfing (foil detached).
- Fits in the Board Rack Store your foil with ease using most all modern day wakeboard and surf racks with the foil attached.

Let’s Chat: Learning How to Hydrofoil Surf
So you want to learn to hydrofoil surf? Congratulations! We too have caught the foil bug for all of our board sports. Surf foiling is truly a one of a kind experience that makes even the most marginal days into magical sessions. Aside from the silent, smooth, and effortless glide, surf hydrofoils tap into the most powerful part of the wave just beneath the surface.
Step 1 – Learn to Surf
The first step is learning to hydrofoil surf is learning how to surf [on] a normal surfboard. This may seem like common sense but most surfers can tell you that learning to surf is a process. Adding a hydrofoil to that mix is a recipe for a steep learning curve. If you do not yet consider yourself a confident surfer, grab a board and get out there for some practice. As with most things, using a school or coach will drastically improve your progress. In addition to being a confident surfer, you should understand how to ride a smaller board like a shortboard or fish design. These boards are most similar in shape and use to surf foil boards on the market today and ride differently than longboards. Most notably, they require a steeper wave face and fast pop up due to their smaller size.
